History
In 1986, longtime friends Charles Moore and Kyle Rice bought Fant’s Nursery located on Poplar Avenue in Collierville. They saw the need for a full service Nursery/Landscape Company located in the area during the early growth of Collierville so Charles recruited the people he knew best. With the help of his wife Joyce Moore, his son Eddie, and Eddie’s longtime friend Mike Omar, his dream of owning his own business formed and grew to become MorGreen. Within only five years of business, MorGreen outgrew their original 1 ½ acres on Poplar Avenue. Moving just around the corner, the 6 ½ property at 468 Highway 72 became MorGreen’s current home here in Collierville. In 1996 we were saddened by the loss of Charles Moore, our beloved patriarch. His commitment and contribution to MorGreen’s core business practices and prolonged success were and continue to be highly revered
